Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my shipment?

Shipments can be tracked using our Shipment Tracker tool. Simply provide your order number or pro number to see the status of your
shipment.

What is the difference between LTL and TL?

Less than truckload (LTL) refers to shipment freights that don’t fill a truck's entire capacity. We provide direct point overnight shipments
across much of the heart of MN. Check out our LTL Coverage Map to see if your trip destinations are covered.

A truckload (TL) freight is a shipment that meets a truck’s capacity. We can ship full truckloads to and from anywhere in the United States,
Canada, and Mexico. Request a quote on your shipment today.

What Cities or States do you service?

You can use our LTL Zip Code Checker to see if we service your area.

What information do I need to provide to schedule a pickup?

You can request a pickup using our form, where we'll need the following information: Shipper and Consignee address, billing terms, freight dimensions and weight, and ready and close times.

What information do I need to request a quote?

Please have the following information handy when requesting a quote: Shipper address, Consignee City, State and Zip, freight dimensions (LxWxH), weight, freight description (NMFC# & Class if known), value.

What paperwork is required by the shipper at time of pick up?

A Bill of Lading (BOL) is required to be provided to our driver upon pickup. The Bill of Lading will need to be completed by the shipper or consignee. TCBX does not provide a completed Bill of Lading. If you need a blank form, you can find that here.

Do you take freezables?

Yes, we accept freezable items with exception to extreme cold conditions. If below zero, please check with our customer service team to verify we are accepting freezable freight. TCBX must be notified at time of scheduling if your shipment is freezable.

Is your dock heated?

Yes, our dock is heated so your items will be protected from the cold.
